Montrose FoodHUB (Montrose YMCA, 98 Murray Street, Montrose, DD10 8JG)
The Montrose FoodHUB exists to support individuals and families in Montrose who are experiencing food insecurity or hardship. We provide access to free, good-quality food in a warm, welcoming environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
Whether you’re facing a temporary crisis or longer-term challenges, we’re here to help—no referrals or vouchers required. Our team of friendly volunteers is always on hand to offer a listening ear and help connect you with other local support services if needed.
On your first visit, please bring a letter or document that we could use as proof of address. Service users will be asked a series of questions upon their visit such as their name, home address, number of people at home (including children and pets), if they are currently in work, receiving benefits, what those benefits are (if any), and if they would like signposting to other organisations who could support them financially, socially etc.
The information given to us by service users is strictly confidential and is purely used to make sure we are fulfilling our mission of supporting our service users in the Montrose Community to the best of our abilities.
Opening Times:
